Miscellaneous Vacation Stuff

We have had great weather here for vacation, praise the Lord.  There is supposed to be rain the end of the week; but I can’t be sad about it because they are praying for rain in this area.

My husband put 3 pictures on our Flickr account if you’re interested in scenery.  You can get to it through the Flickr widget in my side bar.  We tell the computer to upload, go away to do something and come back in a couple hours to check if they made it on.  We miss DSL, but not enough to pay what they want here for wireless.  Along that same line…I will return comments and get caught up on my favorite blogs next week.

We had a semi-busy day Wednesday.  We went for a little hike, played at a free outside park, rode the chair lift to the top of the mountain [elevation 2920 feet], went tubing down a waterless slide, watched the kids in another play park, petted some horses, and went to church.

More boring stuff to come tomorrow…
