My bedtime prayers of yesterday included, “Thank you, Lord for helping me through this day. Thank you that it’s over!” I know I’m supposed to “enjoy them while they’re young;” it’s just sometimes…
We fared much better today. My 3 year old only has a slight limp. My 5 year old was quite excited for his sister, “Look Mommy, she’s walking!”
The diarrhea diapers are less. That’s a blessing in and of itself.
Plus, they all took good naps today. Hallelujah!
We went outside for a little bit until we were quite whipped by the wind. I didn’t even feel guilty that I didn’t fix my hair. Who would know that I only ran a brush through it since it just got whipped by the wind.
I was even able to get clothes washed, meat divided and browned, a cake baked [from a box], the dishes washed, and the counters cleaned.
I’m off to round up the kids “cowboy clothes.” They want to wear their gear to church tonight. Happy Trails to You!
