I’m still here in our favorite date cafe. With my Mr. Wonderful. Without my kids. Oh yeah!
The color scheme is pleasant. Their choice of art work for the walls could be improved.
The food was as scrumptious as expected. Our gift certificate was for a larger amount this time so we got some dessert. Their dessert just isn’t good enough to splurge on often. Their sandwiches are.
How much was the gift certificate? A whopping $25.00. We even have money left.
My husband figured out why it was so busy when we first came in. Not because of Valentine’s Day as we first thought; because of a nearby concert.
Since it is Valentine’s Day I guess I should sign off and talk to my husband.
Did any of you eat out for Valentine’s day?

Oh how fun! I’ve only taken my laptop on one roadtrip so far…to the science center while Lily was in a class. It was fun, but the wi-fi signal wasn’t very strong and I really couldn’t get on the internet. But I had enough things to do on my computer to keep me busy for over an hour…cleaning out emails, responding to emails (to be sent once I was truly connected) etc. It was loads of fun! My sister and I are planning our first Panera meeting.

Your Mr. Wonderful was nice to let you bring your laptop along. Mine would just complain. lol We didn’t eat out today. We’re waiting until tomorrow for several reasons.
1. Nobody to watch the kids today
2. The restaurants would be crowded
3. DH only has to work 1/2 day tomorrow so we’ll have more time
Wow sounds like fun!! DH came home from work and laid down to watch TV. We ate supper here – with the kids – and he has slept since. I don’t even think he even said Happy Valentines Day! hhmmm… Oh well, we’ll see what happens next year! haha.
We ate “out” food “in”. The DH had a very bad headache for most of the day (did not want to go anywhere) and on Thursdays our church hosts a Bible club at a local elementary school that I take the kids to and help out at. That limits my cooking time. We had McDonald’s via drive thru. Oh, the romance. We did our celebrations earlier in the day anyway. I do love Panera’s sandwiches. If they were closer to us I would eat there more often.
