Our 3 1/2 year songbird loves the empty rooms at our house, especially the ones with hard wood floors.

When our bedroom was first empty we would hear impromptu concerts at all hours.

The louder she sang - the louder it echoed; but it always made us smile.

Now if I could just get her to sing, “He healed the broken-hearted and set the captive free.” Instead of setting the captain free all the time.
