Thanks for visiting! If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed using the feedburner link to the right.
It’s not a disease; it’s a way to keep up with your favorite blogs. RSS means Really Simple Syndication.
If you read more than 2 blogs a day you should try a RSS feeder.
I use Bloglines; I’ve used it since before I had my own blog.
Here’s why I like Bloglines:
- It’s free.
- It was the easiest for me to use when I couldn’t find a subscribe button or the RSS feed page. I can add blogs by using the site address.
- It tells me when the blogs I like have updated with one click. No more wasted time visiting a site and not finding an update.
- I can clean out my favorites list because it keeps track of my favorite blogs.
- It lets me sort blogs into different folders.
- I’m able to check my favorite blogs from any internet connected computer.
- I can click through to the actual blog if I want to or just read the post in the reader.
It’s also a good idea to put a subscribe button on your blog. With Feedburner, the widget I use, any reader can click on the subscribe button and then choose from at least 15 RSS readers.
Don’t forget to subscribe to this blog if you haven’t yet.
The subscribe button is below the army man in my header image.
