When your husband is away overnight do you tend to go to bed sooner or stay up later?
If you are single do you prefer late nights or early mornings?
Before he left I thought that I would go to bed earlier, get up earlier, and be wonder woman all day. Ha!
It didn’t quite work that way.
On Sunday I went to bed at my normal time.
On Monday I was very productive till about midnight. Sewing, Dishes, generally useful things.
By Thursday night I was up late reading blogs and watching Pride & Prejudice. Oh well.
Good thing my Mr. Wonderful will be home tonight.

I always stay up way too late, because it’s spooky going to sleep without him there. I hate it. My hubby doesn’t travel that much, and I’m really glad.

My husband works for an airline and when working is away at night often. He’s been out on an injury on duty and I have so enjoyed having him home 24/7. When he does work I usually sleep on his side of the bed and go to bed early to catch up on reading.

I honestly go to bed earlier, but not necessarily to sleep earlier. I like to read in bed and since the husband usually goes to bed around 8pm (he gets up at 3am) I don’t usually get a chance to. So when he’s gone, I go in after the kids are in bed and read.

When DH first started travelling for work I would stay up until 1-2am. I hated being home alone at night. I’m used to it now and although I still stay up late, I don’t stay up that late anymore.

I stay up late….. But then I stay up late when he is home since he always falls asleep early unless we are out doing something. I really do hate getting up in the morning though so I have been working hard at going to bed earlier so I am ready to get up when my kids are - I get up with them but I am not always ready for it!!

I stay up later! I can get so much more done when there’s peace and quiet.
