I’m not. Skipping it or up to date. I wouldn’t say that I’m at the tail end of cell phone tech; just at a comfortable place in the middle…towards the end.
I’m up to my third cell phone. This is the first one I got to pick!
It didn’t matter that my first cell phone was my husband’s cast off because I was so excited to have a phone.
It didn’t matter that my second cell phone was a free one he picked because I got my own number with that phone.
This one…aah…this one…I picked by myself [with help from my electronic loving husband].
Here it is:
It has some neat features including the free price, a removable memory card, a flash for the camera, and a music player; but the real reason I picked it…
chocolate! It was calling my name.
I remember seeing my friend’s bright red phone, not even knowing they made colored phones, and thinking, “That’s really neat, I’d like to have a colored phone sometime.” Now I do. Her last name may be Hershey, but I’ve got a chocolate phone. 
There are 2 things my phone has that I could really use for me.
My navigational abilities truly stink, and slim profile needs no explanation.
Do any of you have an iPhone? Do you like the phone you have? Have you had a colored phone for ages and think I’m just way behind the times?

You totally have to keep us up to date on how much you like your new phone. My next oppurtunity for a new phone is December. My current phone is a pink Rzr and I hate everything about it except for the color and the reception. I have trouble hearing people, they have trouble hearing me, it stinks for txting. Other than that…it’s all good.
But yours…yours is beautiful! I love it.

Very nice! Chocolate…I’m not surprised. lol We’re due for an upgrade in Nov. and I’m drooling over the LG EnV2 right now.

You are definately more techno then I. My phone is three or four years old and I use it to talk only. It can do more but I’m only interested in the talking feature. Have fun! Be thankful technological advance wasn’t left up to me because we’d still be riding horses, writing letters and doing laundry down yonder at the creek. LOL!

My phone has a removable memory card and can play songs and video clips, but I dropped it shortly after I got it so now there is a big crack in the front display. It is a flip phone so the main screen is fine and everything works on it. I have a Tom-tom in my car for navigating - which is very useful for finding photo shoots and have an ipod too, so I don’t even use the music part of my phone anymore. My contract is up in a few months I think and I might just go to a Pay-as-you-go phone since I don’t use my phone that often and the bill is ridiculously high for how much I use it.

Ohhhh — I like that phone! It’s just about time for a new cell for me — my screen keeps blanking out! We have Sprint though so I’ll probably stick with them.

My mom just got the EnV2 and I am going to be getting it in Dec. It has a full keyboard so we can start texting too!!! Cool!! I think I am going to get the black EnV though. Mom got the maroon one!! Enjoy your phone!!
