…Run and Squeak and Squawk With The Animals…

Thanks for visiting! If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed using the feedburner link to the right.

My 5 yo son mentioned to some one that “We almost have a zoo! We have a cat and a rabbit.”

He has no idea. He has never been to his cousin’s house. Their dad is a veterinarian.

Anyhow…

This is what’s been going on at our house with our 2 animal/3 kid zoo.

The rabbit now has his own house custom built by my man, and spray painted by me.

Obviously, I’m not a very good spray painter. Just needed something to protect the wood. It made my fingers ache!

I put some sealant on the flat surfaces inside the cage.

Licorice does like to be on his second floor balcony.

This next picture is what happens whenever I forget to put the cat food away.

At least it wasn’t mice. Stormy, our cat, does that even if her bowl is full. Obviously cats like their food fresh.

Hope everyone has a great weekend! We are heading to the fair later, but I haven’t told the kids yet. I want them to take naps first.

I actually love the spray paint job. It kinda turned out like camo.
    As for Stormy…rotten a bit?

So are you going to use the rabbit for anything? I don’t mean meat (ick) but compost or anything? We’ve talked about rabbits because it’s about all we can get away with in our HOA, but we’re not sure what sort of benefit there is.
