Did you ever hear of The Dumb Blonde’s Guide to Christianity?

Maizy Grace Stewart, the heroine in Faking Grace, uses The Dumb Blonde’s Guide to get a job at a Christian publishing company.

Getting the job is only the start of her problems.  She faces a new church, a singles Sunday school class, volunteer work in a soup kitchen, a friend with an eating disorder, undercover work, and a visit from her grandmother.

Instead of wrestling with bad guys, author Tamara Leigh has created a character that wrestles with her conscience.

All of the characters acted real; no perfect people in this book.  It made the 378 pages fly by.

I might just have to check out Tamara Leigh’s other books.

Good to know! Man, wish I had time to read all of these books that you keep suggesting! Maybe I can bring ones like this on my cruise in November since I will have lots of time for just relaxing on the deck of the boat.
