Drum roll please. It’s time for another of the quarterly carnival of giveaways!

I’ll try to be short. Technically I’m always short – 5 ft. 1 1/2 in.
My name is Jendi. This is my blog about everyday life with my three children (5.5, 4, 2 yo) plus my husband, a cat, and a rabbit. I put my foot down against a dog until all the kids are out of diapers, but my family is counting the days.
Every week I post a Wordless Wednesday and a Sunday Poem. The other 5 days I wing it. I did a vlog entry last Friday and hope to have more of them in the future.

I like the first, the Paris Jean style. I read a mixture… I like a dose of humor with a splash of reality. I am not particularly religious so I steer clear of those blogs, veering more towards personal stories. I am not a mommy but read several mommy blogs, as well as family blogs of course.
I like to read blogs on the success people have had dieting. How they did it and how they were motivated.
I love to read photography blogs. Especially of photogs who specialize in newborns. It’s so much fun looking at all the cute new babies.

I like the slice of life blogs, but most of the blogs I follow, including yours, seem to be about adoption, specifically International (China) adoption.

Hmm. I don’t know that I really have a favorite type of blog, because I have such a wide range on interests. I daily read the blogs of my family members, I check in regularly on card makers, nutritionists, and conservative local politics. I like to read about green living and health, and the occasional cooking blog–if it is gluten free. No mommy blogs for me, though. I’m past that stage and loving the empty nest!
