No Bake Cookies how I love thee!
Let me sit and count the ways.
You satisfy my chocolate cravings.
I shall eat you all my days.
Though you’re here and gone so quickly
You bring such joy to my face.
And one thing I’d rather not voice -
The way you add to my hips space.
Your dark mix of milk and cocoa
Bubbling oh so prettily.
Add to that the oats and PB
You are quite a joy to see.
It matters not if you stay gooey.
I’ll just eat you with a spoon.
Just wait quiet for a minute
Till my kids have left the room.

Yes, I’m a chocoholic and a nut. 
Made these last night at 10:00pm after the munchkins were in bed. I wanted to lick the pan myself!
They will be gone by tomorrow night. But fondly remembered.

Just settled with a few mini bars of special dark chocolate, yum. I think I might check out making the no bake peanut butter bars that Giant sells. Have a good thanksgiving to you and your family
