A Time To Savor

Emily from Chatting at the Sky has a linky set up today for a celebration of the everyday.

It’s time to celebrate the moment: not what will be or what is to come.

Sorry about the slight crookedness.  The tree refused to hold the camera straight.

Now wasn’t that so much more fun than doing those dishes?
Your video reminded me of a poem I read somewhere:
“The cleaning and scrubbing will wait till tomorrow, For children grow up, as I’ve learned to my sorrow.
So quiet down, cobwebs. Dust go to sleep. I’m rocking my baby and babies don’t keep.”
    Thanks for sharing!

They sure don’t! I’ve always thought that poem is neat.

  2. Jendi! This was great! What a creative idea to make your post a video! I think you’re the only one who has done that. Thank you for linking up and celebrating these sweet, small moments with your little ones. And thank you for sharing them with us. Man, you guys looked cold!
