When I’m preparing for a trip I make lists and piles like so:

Stormy the cat was tired.   Unfortunately this is where she choose to sleep:

Dumb cat!  I’m off to find the lint brush.

    I always have to retrieve a cat or two from inside the suitcase. Immediately upon putting the suitcase on the bed or floor to begin packing, curious cats arrive to investigate. Then upon unzipping the suitcase, curious cats are inside before I can put the first item/pile in. Remove cat. Place pile in. Pick up next pile. Set pile back down (not in suitcase). Remove cat…..
