I had one of those days yesterday. I knew it was going to be a bad day when the kids spilled milk and threw (yes he threw it) Pop Tarts on the floor at breakfast. I should have taken that as a sign and just gone back to bed. I didn’t and by the end of the day I wished I had. Today has been a much better day and hubby will be home tonight so things should be good tomorrow.

Maybe there was something in the weather in our area. Next time we should meet and take them to the park.

I have had a couple of those days this week!! I am so thankful for yesterday and today since hubby is home with me. I am dreading the weekend though cause he works! I agree… it takes just a couple seconds to dump something out but they can’t seem to get it picked up. They get spread out but not picked up!!
I will pray for you. Your kids are the same age as mine so I know how you feel!! Hope your day is going good!!

Thank you. I’ll pray for you over the wknd. It’s always rougher when the daddy is not around. That was part of our problem yesterday – he was gone all day.

Wednesday was my off day. Everything took too long, kids were cranky, I was snappy and short with everyone. I was very thankful for church that evening. No, I didn't want to go but I knew, with the day I was having, how badly I needed the refocus. God's graciousness is so abundant! Cyndi Lewiss last blog post..Homemade Thursday So true! Whenever I really don't want to go to church is usually when I need it the most.

Yeah, we had one of those days this week. The one where it took three hours to do a 20 minute pick-up job for a disaster that should never have happened, among other things. And I spent a good part of the day just trying not to scream…

Why does it take kids an hour to pick up something that took them 5 seconds to dump? Not screaming was a good accomplishment.

You are in my prayers today! I wanted to throw my Mama fit last Tuesday – nothing went as planned that day which threw my kids and me off all day.
