Another option is to look up the book on BookScouter.com. It checks prices from Cash4Books in addition to 30-something other vendors to see who is buying the book, and gives you prices from each site.

Great info. I will definitely check out your site.

I've had really good luck in selling books and stuff on Amazon. I think they've upped their fees since I sold anything through them, but eBay keeps kicking theirs up too!

I found you on Nester's website. I am excited about finding the links you posted to sell my books. I had a book sale at my house but still have so many books. We are also selling our home and will be downsizing so I have to get rid of much. I will click through so you will get credit. :)

Thank you! I hope you can convert a bunch of your books to cash.

I have never sold any of my books. I tend to just keep them and loan them out to friends occasionally. However, I did purchase most of them from either Amazon or Half.com.

Half.com is actually an Ebay company, but it only lists used books, games, music and videos that are being sold by individuals. You may want to check that out too.

Again, I haven't sold anything through Half, so I don't know if it would be beneficial or not.

I have a friend that buys through Half.com, but I haven't really tried it. The books that I buy I usually keep. Except for when I get a whole bag full for $1.
