We all relax or take naps Sunday afternoons and get up ready to munch. My favorite thing to have for snack on Sundays is ice cream. This Sunday we had a special treat because I had bought 2 cartons of the new line of Haagen-Daz.
I’m not very adventurous when it comes to ice cream so I picked chocolate and mint. For those of you who are adventurous they have 7 flavors plus dessert recipes that add even more excitement. My kids really enjoyed mixing the chocolate and mint together.
I tried the mint, but because I’m a chocoholic I wanted to see if it was as good as other ice cream. Let me tell you that it was. It was a good thing that we had to get 4 and a half servings from 2 cartons. Otherwise I would have pigged out. So creamy and chocolatey!
The following video does not have sound, but it does have tempting ice cream. After editing it I’m bemoaning the fact that we don’t have more Haagen-Daz five.

I’m not sure I’ve ever met an ice cream flavor I didn’t like, but I think I’d have to choose either the mint or the milk chocolate.

Haagen-Daz is awesome! I’ve ate so much of that Ice Cream when I was younger that it makes me sick thinking about it now. I’ve never heard of Haagen-Daz Five though.

It would be chocolate for me, or coffee for the boys… Haagan Daz ice cream is wonderful.

I had to laugh when I saw the 2 year-old playing with her ice cream – I used to do the same thing, make “ice cream soup”.

That’s the only way she’ll eat ice cream – through a straw. Otherwise she says it’s too cold.
After checking out the site to see what flavors they offer, I think with a free coupon I would try Passion Fruit. I love fruity flavored ice-cream and it sounds like an excellent Spring treat – perfect for around Easter time =D Otherwise I don’t know if I would try a bold flavor if I had to pay a large amount for it.
