Why I Enjoy Making Videos of Myself
- I like to make videos!
- I’m slightly crazy.
- Nobody else has volunteered.
- My husband won’t let me video him.
- It’s so much easier to portray sarcasm.
- Editing video is fun!!!
- You can see me waving my hands when I talk.
- I can point to things.
- Something subconsciously pushes me to do it.
- I’m slightly crazy.
Do you, my loyal readers, like videos? Do any of you read blogs in an environment where having sound on is a problem? [I promise not to email your boss.] Do you like a mix of videos and text on a blog?
If you are a blogger that wants to start adding videos you should follow NewBaby.com. They are constantly having contests with small video cameras as prizes. They were nice enough to start a group with my simple video tips. I’ll post more about the tips when I get the series finished.

I just recently started using my camera as a torture device
#2 and #10 are my reasons I video too, but so far I’ve been able to find victims ( I mean volunteers).

I enjoy watching your videos. My children come running every time they hear sound from the computer. lol I do agree with #2 and #10 though.
I stay as far away from video cameras and regular cameras as I can unless I’m the one taking the pictures or videos.

I like your videos. I’ve gotta do my intro video today. I like the idea of videoing others, just not me. I like blogs with a good mix of writing, pics and video. The grandparents need to see the kids in action too!

It’s a great feat if you video blog. The perspective of doing it is the same as personalizing the whole concept and you will surely catch the attention of your readers like me. Continue it and voila, you will earn thousands of viewers.
