A Rainy Day Tent

Yesterday I unwrapped a rainy day.  Here’s the recipe:

  • Two sheets
  • A handful of clothespins
  • Four chairs and a couch
  • Three small children

Here’s what it made:

Throw in a side dish of books and coloring things and you’ll have a dish that entertains for a while.

That’s My Tuesday Unwrapped!

  1. Boy, this looks familiar. My son likes to make a tent in our dining room with a huge blanket I have. Then we get flashlights, coloring book and crayons. It’s really not so easy to hold the flashlight and color at the same time.

I’ve never tried to hold a flashlight and color, but I bet it is hard. Maybe you could get a lantern.

Man, what memories this brought back. When I was a kid my sis and I were always making these “Forts” and then did it with my kids. Great post.
