Sometimes my husband and I speak 2 languages. It’s technically both American, but we can’t understand each other. I explain things the way that makes perfect sense to me. He tries to tell me a totally different way. I, of course, think my way is simpler, but he just doesn’t get it.
We both end up at the same conclusion so it doesn’t really matter, right?
On a slightly different note. I’m so glad that there are electronics to tell directions. My Mr. Wonderful is a true man and would not stop for directions, but he loves electronics so we’re all good!
None of you have these problems with your men, right?

Haha, that’s funny. Was just talking to a friend yesterday and experienced this same interesting discombobulation
