I went to a convent so we didn't quite do church camp just camp but that said, it's funny how I still remember both of the two that I attended very clearly. I played with the same kids, we played the same games, we had the same school teachers with us but somehow it's different to be "away" with people, it seems to create different bonds and dynamics - there is that senseof holiday which bears the knowledge of time running out with it - it seems to make you appreciate every moment a little bit more.

Miechelles last blog post..THE DEFINITION OF SUCCESS

i too miss being in camp... it's quite silly but the fondest memory i have was when i got to spend some time with a crush i had back then, which btw turned out to be a really good friend... it happened rarely as i would get very nervous and i'd run out of things to say when i'm in front of her... we now just laugh about it...

Have fun!! I miss camp. The fourth and fifth graders from our church went this year for the first time. Ethan's going into third grade, so I really hope they do it again next year.
