The kids and I went to Aldi the other day. It made it more interesting to them to watch me video some of it. The other people probably wondered what that crazy lady was doing!? LOL

I love Aldi!! My kids favorite part is getting the cart! In fact, if I remember right it was our favorite thing to do also! My mom used to go to Aldi once a month and we loved the trip!!
This reminds me of when my husband and I went to Greece visiting friends. They took us to a grocery store there and you had to have a coin for the cart and either bring your own grocery bags or buy them. Until then I had never even heard of such.
However, I just discovered a few weeks ago that there is an Aldi near us. I may have to go and try it out sometime. Thanks for the information.

First of all – you are just BRAVE to record grocery shopping. I have to keep my hands free at all times because my oldest thinks its okay to throw things into the cart as we shop along… She’s almost 4 so she hasn’t quite got it figured out.
Second of all – what a great video. Especially for people who don’t have an Aldis or haven’t shopped there. Aldis is a GREAT place to get basic stuff so cheap. I’m glad for ours.

My MIL used to tell me that Aldi’s was the best and it would be worth my while and I’d save lotsa moolah to travel for 25 minutes to get to the nearest one (lol) used to make me chuckle . . . now we have one right across from Wal-Mart in my own town of Mayberry–it’s a great place!!
