When I Grow Up

imperial_glass_juice_cocktail_pitcherDuring breakfast one morning my 3 year old asked, “When am I going to grow?”  I replied, “You’re growing right now.”

She lit up and said, “Soon I’ll be big and I can go wherever I want.”  ”Oh boy,” I thought, “where does she want to go?”

“I’ll drive.”  Then her smile got even bigger.  ”I’ll be allowed to pour drink.”

She’s passing milestones every day folks.
Yes she is.

Delighted to meet you! Just found your site via CSAHM. I just started this blogging adventure a few months ago, but continue to be amazed at the joy, encouragement, and faith that I find.

Keep writing, the world is reading.

That is precious! Right now my boys are telling me that they never want to leave home. I’m enjoying that while it lasts. I’ve got a feeling they will be thinking differently soon.
