Pensieve has a great idea! There’s so much buzz going around about bloggers at BlogHer that it’s easy to forget there’s many more bloggers NOT at the conference. She’s hosting a Blog Hop linky for those of us going about our regular life – in between blogging of course. Every blogger is invited and there are prizes!
If you are hopping through welcome to my blog! I’m Jendi and I blog about daily life with my husband, 3 kids, a puppy, cat, and rabbit. I love making videos and just started Simple Vlogging Tips. Please come and visit me there when you get a chance.
What else does one say for these things? I know! I’ll tell you something about my kids. That’s probably better than telling you something about my husband because he reads my blog…faithfully.
My kids like to pretend that they are a train when they are going to their rooms for bed. I probably shouldn’t tell you that tonight at bedtime my 3 year old announced that she needed some hookers. As I stared at her she continued, “I’m the engine and all trains have hookers.” Yea. I’m pretty sure that’s not what they’re called.
My 4 year old loves to sing and she does a pretty good job. Of course I’m not prejudiced, I’m her mother! Today she tried to imitate the nasty singing of the stepsisters in the classic Cinderella movie. Not the role model I had in mind.
My 6 year old has memorized lines from the Lone Ranger and thinks cowboys are the best. He wears his leather vest and chaps in 65 degree weather with humidity. I had to tell him to take them off when I saw the sweat rolling down his forehead. He also thinks that the west is the same as he sees in Gene Autry movies. I’m going to let him think that for a little while longer.
I’m off to visit some new blogs. Let’s go to the [Blog]Hop!
I’m also linking up to BlogNerd Bash just for the fun of it!
P.S. I’d love to connect with you on Twitter!
