There are so many things I've found myself doing as a mom that I never considered doing before marriage & motherhood - and like you, they mirror my own mother's actions. It's pretty funny to think about. She thought I should do it while the sheets were off, I wanted to wait till they were back on. Now that I think about it she was right, but my 13 year old mind didn't think so. I have scrubbed the toilets without a brush, I was trying to get rid of a ring inside the bow, but I did wear gloves. I really should be cleaning the toothpaste out of sinks right now! As a mom now I find myself always remembering that my mom told me to do that or said that to me. Sometimes I even get upset with myself because I say something and remember that I HATED when my parents said that to me! LOL As for bathroom cleaning....
