Here I go talking about bacon again. I can’t help it. I heard another lady rave about how nice it is to cook bacon in the oven. I finally did it. As you will hear in the video I may never fry it again.

Well, I have never even heard of baking bacon but I think I will try it and something tells me I won’t fry bacon ever again too!!

What??? Bacon in the oven? I have never heard of that but believe me I will be trying it soon! We leave for a week on vacation tomorrow and the tradition is that we have bacon and eggs every morning! I will be trying the oven trick for sure!!

You can bet I will be trying this sometime. Anything to make my life easier, especially right now.
We do this all the time. It frees up time and a stove burner for something else. I like to save bacon grease for cooking, though, and you don’t get the grease when you bake it.
There’s a lot of grease left on my cooking trays. Why can’t you save it?
