This Wisteria tree is constantly reaching. It blooms beautifully in the spring, and continues to grow all summer. It puts branches out up high and down low. No matter how many times we trim it back it keeps on growing. It goes straight through the other plants on the ground and keeps on growing.
As I saw the plant reach for the heavens I wondered if I could keep reaching for God like that. No matter what happens. If I’m pushed back; if I’m cut off from going one direction. Do I let things around me stop me, or do I keep growing through them? Can I keep trying, keep growing, keep reaching in all directions to do His will?
