Sunday Poem: I See Thy Glory, Lord

Springtime Glory

From the smallest flower to the tallest tree,
I see Thy glory, Lord.
From the babbling brook to the mighty sea,
Thy handiwork’s explored.

From the morning sun to the stars at night,
I see Thy glory, Lord.
From the winter snows to spring’s delight,
Thy name has been adored.

From the cotton fields to the western plains,
I see Thy glory, Lord.
From the changing tides to the summer rains,
Thy power can’t be ignored.

From a mother’s prayer to a baby’s cry,
I see Thy Glory, Lord.
From the ocean depths to the mountains high,
Thy majesty’s explored.

I see Thy glory, Lord, wherever I go -
Thy power can’t be ignored.
From heaven above to the earth below,
I see Thy glory, Lord!
