I know that Christmas is past, but I took these pictures specifically to use on my blog and I’m going to use them!
It’s been 3 years now that my husband and I have made these and handed them out at Christmas. The kids are actually able to help now and instead of just trying to help and everything takes 3 times as long.
Since I love peanut butter cookies with peanut butter cups in them I thought I would try them with chocolate cookie dough. They were good, but I’m not sure which way is the best. Guess I’ll just have to make some more so I can figure it out.

Those cookies look YUMMMMMEEEE! I don’t think I’ve ever seen the thumbprint cookies with peanut butter cups in them before. It’s always been Hershey’s kisses when I’ve had them. Your cookies look way better!

Is that a special pick and mix special?
I’m going to have to look at that recipe because I have a few that love PB in my house. I find it hard to bake with it ( too dry) I dunno……. Are they chewy?
