Is It Funny Yet?

I used to think I’d like to publish a book. Not so much anymore. I used to think about trying to be an inspirational writer. Not so much anymore.  I think I’d like to be funny. Maybe it has something to do with being the third child/baby.  I read somewhere online [that makes it so, doesn't it?] that the youngest tends to like to entertain – or something like that. You can tell I’ve done my research on this topic.

Anyhoo…

When I first started blogging I looked for funny things everywhere; from Definitions for Things In Our House and Probabilities In Our House to Exercising and Moving Brake Pedals.

Lately though, not so much.  Lately it seems like there are 40 gazillion things that have to be done TODAY. My thinking has become mired down and so has my writing. There really can’t be that much more to do than a year or two ago. I have added homeschooling, but all my kids are potty trained now. Maybe I’m just looking at it all wrong.

I’m off to find some funny to tell you about. I’ve heard that laughing burns calories and right now I need to burn all the calories I can. [That Valentine candy is so yummy!] Anything funny happening in your life?

If you’re looking for funny then I can send my 3 year old to your house anytime. :D This is his latest creation http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=4023628&l=8de0a138e8&id=543632034 It was his ‘creative’ way of telling me he was sick and didn’t want to eat. Gotta love that boy. :)

Uh…last I heard adding homeschooling to your schedule can really add a lot more “to do” to your list. At least that’s what I’ve found after doing it for twelve years. Smile.

I’ve had some kitchen adventures recently that would probably make you smile. Let’s just say there has been a lot of burntness.

Glad to see you’re coming to the Relevant Conference!

from Jendi: Yes, you’re right. I just thought maybe since they dress themselves, feed themselves, and bathroom themselves it might balance out.
