Angela England‘s tagline is The Renaissance Woman. I think it fits very well. She has animals, kids, doula training, and online business. I first “met” her through a video blog about maternity clothing, but I was able to see her in real life at the 2010 Blissdom Conference. [She's the editor-in-chief at BlissfullyDomestic.com as well.] I’ve learned about blogging, business, and life from her and plan to keep her blog in my reader for a long time.
I rely on the Blog Conference Guide For the (Un)Experienced for all the best conference info. I first “met” Tamara through the MomTV live show chats; then met her in real life at the 2010 Blissdom Conference. I’m so glad she came over and introduced herself! I’m awful at remembering dates, towns, and pertinent info; but I know that I can go to Blog Conference Guide and find what I need.
I also met Yoly of YNRlive at the 2010 Blissdom Conference. That was our first real life meeting, but it felt very comfortable because we had seen each other in videos and live shows so often. We also got to hang out together at BlogHer and BlogWorld. She has come so far since her first video blog and even has her own live show every Wednesday on MomTV. She is focused on Spanish blogging and products; and she’s always aware of what’s happening on Twitter. If she finds great info, deal, or tip she shares them with me – and I’m so glad she does.
I did NOT meet Desiree at Blissdom – I met her at BlogWorld. I honestly don’t remember where I first connected with her online; but I know that we talk on Twiter, Facebook, Mom Masterminds, MomTV, and more places. I found out that she was an airline stewardess and a reporter. Now she’s a mother, blogger, vlogger, and social media maven. She still acts very much like a reporter and posts lots of good information on her blog Mommy Reporter. She excels at just getting out there and going for it.

Jendi!
Thank you so much for listing me with these fabulous ladies! I’ve met all but Desiree in person (but have chatted with Desiree online) and I agree – all great women to learn from. Ang has been a mentor to me along the way as well!
Very honored to be on your list and so glad that you find Blog Conference Newbie Guide to helpful! That’s my #1 goal – to have a resource site for all to utilize. Makes me smile to hear it’s achieving that goal!
Have a great week, Jendi…
