There aren’t many celebrities that I’d want to be around. Sometimes I feel so sad for them and the messed up lives they have, But I answered the question with one I wouldn’t mind spending a day with.

Meal Planning

Sneaking in late to Menu Plan Monday…

In the video at the bottom I talk about how I like to plan 3 weeks at a time. [My main reason is so I can avoid grocery shopping.] Now and then I drop the ball for about a week, and we eat some pizza and subs. Then I get guilty for spending extra money and taking up extra time each day for food decisions/prep. So I make myself plan at least one week and soon I’ll be back in the groove for several months. Today I planned this week’s menu, and that tells you where I’m at in the cycle.
