Day Trip To The Philadelphia Zoo

This was back in June. It was so stinkin’ hot that I broke out in sweat every time I blinked. Excuse me…It was so warm that I glowed whenever I fluttered my lashes – is that more ladylike?

Nevertheless it was enjoyable to see the animals, especially the climate controlled area with a place to sit in air conditioning and watch a video. I found it good to think of that extremely humid day today when it is cold and rainy with a snowstorm in the forecast.
