Her First Vlog

Remember that my 4 year old wants to blog and make videos? I gave in to her asking to use my camera. She didn’t do too bad, for a 4 year old; but it is kind of shaky. While I was editing it her brother told her, “You didn’t hold it still enough.”

How much do your kids ask you about being on your blog? Do they like to be in videos or make them?
Do you think blogging will be obsolete by the time my 4 year old is grown up?
We Bought Some Live Geese

We bought some live geese by the pound last week. Our goose, Gus, lost his mate over a year ago. Last spring he hung around where we park and walk. We had to constantly watch where we were walking – know what I mean? This spring my husband decided to do something about it.
The farmer’s market that is about 30 minutes away from us has a produce/plant auction and a small animal auction. Lots of chickens and rabbits! My husband found the white Pekin geese that we wanted by listening for their unique honk. The Lord provided one gander and two geese just like we hoped for!

So far they are doing well. We are hoping they will nest and raise some goslings so we won’t end up with any more lonely geese. If they don’t…well…they were cheaper than ground burger.
