I probably shouldn’t blab this, but I learned this from my parents. Dad would stick his fingers together with super glue in the process of fixing our toy, jewelry, or something. Mom would bring him the nail polish remover and a cotton ball. Good as new in no time – the object and the fingers!

March 16 is supposed to be National Lips Day or Lips Appreciation Day. It’s not lipstick day or kissing day; just lips day. This video is the first thing I thought of when I learned about this day. I know its for kids, but it always makes me smile and is so appropriate for National Lips Day.

During bad winter weather our dog – and our kids – get antsy because they can’t go out and run off the excess energy. Dog toys are a big help, but I dislike buying the toys that are just going to get chewed up in a day or two.
