I read in a magazine that looking at nature helps your brain relax and can improve the thinking process. Of course, now I can’t remember which magazine. I guess I remember the bit I read because I agree with it. This is where I sit:
I greatly enjoy resting while reading or listening to some podcasts. My children like to pile on with me [if I let them], and the puppy likes to lay underneath. This is the view from the swing:
Many times I can feel my stress/tension easing – much like when I work in my garden. Guess God knew what He was doing when He created this world. Plus I love all the green!
